On Friday 4^th October Westonbirt hosted the Stonar Gala. Congratulations to all those that competed, as Swim Lead I was really impressed with all our new Year 7's in particular and siblings Genevieve W and Nathaniel W. The strongest performance must have been from Oliver B (Year 12) Lucas W (Year 10) and Ru S (Year 8). Our girls worked extremely hard to swim up a year group including Amelie R-S, Darcey O and Lily B, our only intermediate girl was Ellenore B so pleased she is still swimming strong; and a big welcome back to Edie W-W (Year 12). To have complete teams for medley and freestyle relays really helped to secure our first win against Stonar by 10 points!

The results as follows:

Stonar A: 172 points Westonbirt A: 170 points

Stonar B: 73 points Westonbirt B: 85 points

Total: Stonar = 225 points and Westonbirt = 235 points
